You'll capture life inside our training courses, share the stories of security professionals across the UK, and create scroll-stopping content that builds pride in the industry, engages our learners, and grows our brand.

Edit fast: cut and package videos with captions, text overlays, trending audio.
Spot trends: apply TikTok/IG trends to the security industry in a way that feels authentic.
Build community: celebrate learners and professionals, share reviews, class moments, and industry pride pieces.
Plan and publish: work to a weekly content calendar tied to training schedules and industry events, while leaving space for spontaneous content.
Engage and optimise: monitor performance, double down on what works, learn from what doesn't.

What we are looking for:

2-4 years' experience creating short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
Skilled at filming, editing (CapCut, Premiere, Canva), and publishing.
Confident talking to people and drawing stories out of them - trainers, learners, security staff.
Strong storytelling instincts: knows how to hook viewers in 2 seconds.
Data-aware: understands watch time, saves, shares, and how to optimise content.
Comfortable travelling to training centres and security sites across the UK.
A passion for building community and celebrating the people who keep our society safe.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in education, training, or blue-collar/frontline industries.
Ability to present on camera if needed.
Design/thumbnail basics.

What Success Looks Like:

20-40 high-quality videos per month, reaching and engaging security workers and learners.
Growth in followers, watch time, shares, and brand recognition.
Direct links between content and course bookings, app downloads, and Trustpilot reviews.
A growing online community that sees Get Licensed as the voice of the security industry.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
Bonus scheme tied to performance (output, engagement, conversions).
Travel expenses for on-site filming.
Kit budget for phone, gimbal, mic.
A chance to shape how the security industry is represented on social media.
