We're looking for a creative, ambitious & entrepreneurial content expert to help us engage with the next generation of investors. Balancing creativity and business results, you will lead the effort that connects, installs trust, and inspires our future customers.Supported by our wider marketing team, you will be determined to reach the right customers, with the right messaging. You will drive traffic and revenue through content, across a number of channels, including social. You will be data driven, measuring the reach and impact of the content to make sure we are constantly learning what resonates and cut through.You will not be afraid of getting stuck in, writing, shooting and editing your own work & pitching campaign ideas to the wider marketing team. You will be an entrepreneur at heart, willing to try new and different ideas so our brand stands out.You will be organised, a natural project manager, able to liaise across departments, with trusted freelancers and agencies, to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.Your responsibilities:Establish and manage a content production workflow with our design team, to ensure regular publishing of our owned channels. Plus ad hoc, topical content relevant to the daily news.Pitch, write & execute content across a variety of formats, including copy, audio, video & even guerilla-based marketing, to grow our brand awareness.Deepen engagement with existing customers, with an in-life content strategy. Manage our community by interacting with followers across all social media channelsScope, manage and deliver content projects/campaigns that include multiple deliverables in a variety of formats from various sources, including creating some content in-house and managing freelancers/agencies. Ideal experience & skills:Has achieved results with their content, demonstrating that they can connect with their audience and sell the brand.Social media and messaging pro, adept at using all social channels to reach our audiences.Experience in creating, editing & delivering content to consumers, for a high growth start up, across a number of digital formats.A natural instinct for market trends, aware of what's going on in the outside world and how we can relate this to our product.Proven experience in project management, making sure a campaign is delivered from start to finish.Can interpret data to understand what is and what is not working.Competence in Adobe CC (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop) desirable. Experience with DaVinci Resolve, C4D (or other 3D CCAs) preferredHighly qualified candidates will also know how to operate cameras (minimum DSLR/mirrorless- BMPCC4K and above broadcast/digital cinema cameras preferred), sound recording equipment and basic lighting techniques.
