THE COMPANY

Our client is an international media company which supplies end-to-end solutions across the full broadcast spectrum - Equipment hire, live event & production shoots, OBs, programming, presentation and distribution.

THE ROLE

As Senior Proposals Coordinator, you will work with stakeholders across the business to write and produce proposals and quotations for production work to secure future business.

• Managing key client accounts
• Analyse briefing documents and assess scoring criteria
• Prepare Excel documents to include accurate, financial data, to produce high quality quotations
• Help to develop high quality branded responses
• Forecast and report for the department

THE PERSON:

With solid experience in production management (or a similar figures-focused production / post production role), you will be experienced at building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.

You'll be a confident MS Excel user (entering data, formulas, working across multiple tabs and formatting for presentation) and be skilled at assimilating large volumes of information.

An ability to work as part of a growing team is essential as are strong time management and prioritisation skills.
