Show Director / Choreographer

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Creative Director with a strong background in choreography for stage. The ideal candidate will have experience working on multimedia projects across a broad range of genres and styles and be comfortable working with existing productions as well as designing and consulting on new concepts.

Job Responsibilities:
Direct & choreograph multiple events or projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds
Direct rehearsals, talent, and show crews, ensuring consistent creative vision and show quality
Lead the direction and choreography of shows across MEGA's portfolio

Required Skills:
Ability to communicate a clear creative vision and guide teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact experiences
Experience collaborating with choreographers or directly developing basic choreographic elements
Calm under pressure and highly adaptable during live environments
Experience working across a broad range of genres
