Full-time, fixed-term position (48 hours/week)

YOUR ROLE
• Operate and oversee mechanical and stage effects during rehearsals and performances
• Maintain, clean and repair scenic elements (e.g. set pieces, curtains, flooring)
• Support and occasionally substitute the head of department
• Collaborate closely with other technical and stage departments
• Possible assist with load-ins and load-outs, including floor installation and soft goods handling

YOUR SKILLS
• Minimum age: 21
• Vocational training in stage or event technology preferred, but not mandatory
• Hands-on experience in live productions, musical theatre, or touring shows
• Strong technical skills and craftsmanship
• Flexibility, reliability, and a team-first attitude
• Structured, solution-oriented work approach
• Confident communicator in both English and/or German
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Forklift license and aerial lift experience are a plus
Class B driver's license is an advantage
