At Wiser, we are passionate about telling stories of real people that create successful brands and companies.

We are on the search for someone who wants to drive creativity and push the videos to the next level. These videos need to drive engagement on our clients' social channels, as well as increase conversions to applications.

Ideal candidate loves to identify the newest trends and knows how to quickly capitalise on them by creating original content in the shortest timelines possible. That involves coming up with a concept, working with our Films team to shoot, edit and deliver.

You'll be working with a high performing team that manages social presences for the likes of King, National Grid, Kraft Heinz and more, and you'll be producing content for businesses like Trainline, Merlin Entertainments and Comcast.

What will you spend your time doing?

This will be a full-time role, 5 days a week. Our Films team works mainly from the office, with flexibility to do some of the editing at home when necessary.
Editing short form content to be used in marketing activities and social media.
Sometimes we work with long pre-production timelines, detailed storyboards and scripts. Other times, we capture tens of hours of authentic footage that need to be distilled into 2 minutes of brilliant storytelling.

Qualifications
What are we looking for?

5+ years of editing experience.
Professional-grade ability to edit in Adobe Premiere.
We often hand off projects between editors, so we maintain a very organized file system. You need to be able to plug into an existing system and keep your projects organized.
Deep interest in and knowledge of Youtube, TikTok, Instagram and Podcasts.
You live and breathe editing content that gets views and retention. You understand storytelling structures, hooks, loops and how to improve your edits with analytics.
Ability to film content and deliver end-to-end.
