As part of the Creative team, you will collaborate with the Account Management team as well as directly with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your video shooting and editing expertise is strong with an efficient and effective communication style who is trusted and respected both internally and externally.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do Comprehensive understanding of the production and post-production workflow that allows you to work as part of the internal Creative team to develop innovative and engaging video concepts. Represent the wider business in a professional manner when on shoots and in communication with clients, feeding back all relevant information and updates to senior team members.Actively participate in all project-related administration, ensuring documentation (expenses, decks, shoot notes) is recorded and produced, sharing information with the team and clients accurately and in a timely manner.Takes ownership of suitably sized shoots and edits, acting as the lead camera operator on smaller single-camera shoots and lead editor on single-deliverable edit projects and reporting back on project status to the wider team.Proactively ensures the maintenance of both the camera kit and the editing room, including video archive and storage, making recommendations on maintenance needs where necessary.Proactively liaises with other departments to provide updates on the progress of tasks.QualificationsWhat You'll Need Strong MS Office Suite skills.Familiar with planning and management tools including Asana and Monday.Experience shooting with a range of industry-standard cameras, primarily Sony FS7 Primarily experience using Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop Familiarity with sound design and audio editing techniques Primarily experience in colour grading with Premiere Pro Primarily experience using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesignProactively plans and organises their own work so that they are efficient and effective in meeting project aims.Can be relied upon to do what they said they would do.Strong communication skillsActively contributes to achieving team results. Supports team decisions. Highly thoughtful and collaborates effectively.
