We are a Soho-based production company, with offices in LA, Berlin, Milan and Paris. We're a young indie, but already have many commissions under our belt, including an 18 x 30min series for History, a BBC scripted comedy pilot, topical comedy format and 3x online BBC series.

We have a fledgling podcast network, featuring a range of talent and formats. Our in-house talent team work with a new generation of exciting and diverse talent, with a focus on online creators. Online we achieve 8 billion views a month and reach 80% of UK viewers - we own TV's lost generation of viewers, and it's our job to create compelling shows that can help broadcasters attract them back. It's through our proximity to thousands of online viewers that makes us perfectly positioned to develop and produce ideas that no other company can.

We are a lively, sociable environment. We're a unique media company, combining Creative development and production, with a Talent team and Sales team, all under one roof. We all work in close collaboration and while this is a Development role, you'll learn loads about how a forward-facing media company is run. We believe in investing in people, and that downtime and social events (while not mandatory!) are as important as hard work.
