BALL STREET are a group of football fans that are on a mission to create an independent alternative to the mainstream sports media. We are growing fast, we have ambitious plans and now we have an exciting opportunity for a content creator who loves football and wants to play a big part in the Ball Street journey.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• An ambassador both internally and externally for Ball Street and what we stand for• Accountable for creating content for Ball Street across YouTube and other publishing platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram• Contributes to the Ball Street creative process and content plan from ideation to final delivery• Self sufficient in camera operations and DP (where necessary) to deliver the brief at the required quality on time• Accountable for the efficient and timely editing of Ball Street content• Accountable for delivering the Content Plan and Production Schedule, with the Ball Street standardised production processes critical to the success of Ball Street content• Responsible for the training and development of the teamQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & BEHAVIOUR• Football fanatic who understands what makes a great football story and is innovative and creative in the telling of the story through the medium of video• Passionate about digital and social, with a general thirst for knowledge and a significant interest in new platforms and channels• Minimum of two year's experience in content production essential• Confident, persuasive with strong influencing and problem solving skills• A highly organised person who does what they say they will• An energetic, hard working person with integrity and a can do attitude• Experience of improving production processes to deliver quality, on time and cost efficient content• Proficient in Adobe Premier Pro (editing), Adobe Photoshop (thumbnails etc.) and After Effects skills would be a bonus• Proficient in audio editing, music editing, mixing and mastering• Shooting proficiency in the following - GoPro, Canon C300/C100 and Canon XA20• Competent in setting up a three-camera studio shoot for live vision mixing• Proficient in the set up of field and studio lighting• A good understanding of audio equipment and mics; including Zoom H6NPlease supply your CV and a link to your reel when applying.
