We're looking for a creative and organised all-rounder to join our growing team and help us shape the Uptime video style. Experience of shooting high quality video on DSLR cameras, recording sound, editing and creating titles and gfx in Adobe Premier essential. You must also be happy researching, scripting and interviewing high profile experts and influencers. Uptime content will mostly be short-form digital video but occasionally you will be expected to shoot and edit longer, more in-depth films. You will be based in our Battersea Bridge office but some travel will be required when shooting on location.

On a day-to-day basis you will:
* Help develop new content formats and test/pilot new ideas
* Research, recce, set-up and film expert interviews and talking heads either in the Uptime studio or on location, often at short notice
* Self-manage lighting and sound recording on all shoots
* Ingest, organize and archive footage on the internal edit suite
* Deliver edits and re-edits fast
* Create basic motion gfx and sound fx using After Effects, Photoshop & Pro Tools.
* Do some basic colour grading
* Source music and mix sound
* Maintain all edit and shoot equipment

About You
The role is for you if you:
* Can self-shoot using a DSLR camera. [Knowledge of Canon 5D, Sony FS5/7]
* Know how to light in different environments and have a great eye for composition and framing
* Have solid technical knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After effects
* Are self-motivated, flexible and super organised, with an attention to detail to deliver work at a consistently high level
* Love to collaborate, innovate and try new things
* Have experience making compelling, short form social video content
* Are calm under pressure and very adaptable to a fast-paced, Start-up environment
* Are willing to help colleagues and are not afraid of jumping into another task, even if out of your day-to-day duties
* Care about learning and how we can we improve it
* Have 3 + years of related work experience making digital video content
