Boiler Room are looking for a talented Series Producer to join their London Team.The successful candidate will report to the Head of Film and will oversee production of Commercial projects from conception through to delivery.We're looking for an exceptionally organised, creative and motivated individual who can own and deliver projects- directly managing clients and liaising with internal teams for delivery.The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects and crews globally.A passion for, and understanding of, music within Boiler Room's world is paramount to succeeding in this role.PLEASE NOTE: this role is based in our London office and is a full time.Responsibilities of the role:Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the programming and asset creation is reflective of and in line with the Series concept.Decide overall aesthetic, direction and production values of a series and be responsible for managing the Producer/Director (P/D) and Series Editors to ensure these objectives are delivered including contextual footage, social media assets and BTS content.Be responsible for ensuring that the schedule for production and delivery is adhered to and communicated to the necessary points of contact.Be the primary point of contact throughout the business for their Series.The SP will be required to create and present their series treatments to the wider BR teams where necessary, and will attend meetings with Programmers and Project Managers to communicate the concept and delivery of a series.Be available to oversee the filming process on set, where appropriate, locally and internationally.Review and critique the footage provided by their P/D ensuring the content is narrative-led, creatively filmed, carries the BR voice and is appropriate for the series.Brief and oversee the Post-Production process with their Editor, ensuring that their series episodes are delivered on time and in line with the creative and aesthetic concepts.Responsible for the management of the budgets for their series, allocating this to their Producer/Director as and when required for resources, including travel and accommodation where appropriate.REQUIREMENTSWorked on a wide range of creatively exciting projects, with strong knowledge of TV/Film Production and Post-Production methods.Client facing and focused.Tech¿savvy, highly motivated to learn and stay on top of trends, technologies, and their applications in the workflow of the Production Team.Excellent communication skills and a flexible and friendly management style.Exceptional project management skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.Ability to prioritise and make informed decisions in a fast¿paced environment.Ability to adapt your skills and approach to a broad range of project types.Strong financial acumen and proven experience in managing and reconciling budgets.Exceptional people and team management skills.A strong network of London¿based crew and suppliers, preferably with a global network too.Effective negotiation skills and experienced with managing suppliers and contractorsWilling & able to travel at short notice (must have a valid passport).
