We are on the hunt for a Senior Video Producer to take charge of all video content creation for the three businesses within the FOMO Group (FOMO Studios / FOMO Rentals / The Expert Academy).

Technical Responsibilities & Requirements
FOMO Studios
* Experience shooting across a range of equipment from micro 4/3rds to full frame cinema sensor cameras
* Experience lighting from small panel lights up to large diff & bounce set ups
* Experience as a solo operator and within crews
* Experience working with native and non-native mobile content
* Experience with video editing in Adobe CC - Premiere Pro, After Effects, graphics within Illustrator
* Confident with basic motion design within After Effects for generating animations from brand logos and content
* Experience with DaVinci Resolve - basic grades and node trees, conforming RAW footage to editable codecs and file sizes, colour space transforms to match varying camera colour science if required
* Generating proxy files for clients in appropriate containers and file sizes
* Experience / aptitude to learn with new equipment and shooting styles
* Experience managing clients across pitch, pre-production, production, post-production and delivery
* Confident on-set directing clients and talent from little to large
* Experienced and confident with managing shoot days and their timelines, working to a brief but being adaptable when required (e.g. last minute requests or changes to a shoot plan)
* Experienced in producing - booking logistics (travel, accommodation) and crew (including discussing their appropriateness for a project, and working to union agreements)
* Awareness of budget scale, e.g. what its within a client's budget, what is within our capability
* Full driving license & comfortable with driving vans
* Happy to be flexible and work with the rentals team on generating kit lists for shoots

FOMO Rentals
* Understanding of creating content for social media, mobile native content (both created on cameras and mobile phone)
* Understanding of still photo taking process (product and social)
* Experienced with Photoshop for editing photos of kit
* An understanding or knowledge of Instagram Reels / TikTok trends
* Confident with solo operating a multi-camera shoot through a vision mixer for the regular FOMO Lounge video podcast (Blackmagic 4Ks into an ATEM Mini)
* Familiar with multi-cam shoot editing for the post-production work on the FOMO Lounge video podcast

The Expert Academy
* Shooting and editing courses to a high standard
* Directing talent and shoots where necessary
* Create and upload proxy files from the shoots for an external editor
* Sense check final edits and amend any motion graphics
* Create thumbnails using stills taken on shoot day
* Export and upload to an appropriate file size for the e-learning platforms
