We're searching for an experienced Senior Editor passionate about post-production, storytelling, and the art of visual narrative. Your Role and Impact:
Creative Leadership: Lead post-production editing across diverse projects, championing storytelling excellence and setting new benchmarks.

Master of Motion Graphics: Utilize Adobe After Effects to develop engaging motion graphics, enhancing our storytelling and visual appeal.

Expert Editing: Leverage Adobe Premiere Pro for editing and refining projects, aligning every detail with our creative vision. Experience with R3D and BRAW formats is preferred, highlighting proficiency in advanced video workflows and file management.

Color Grading: Manage the entire color grading process from RAW footage to polished output, mastering color science's intricate balance and nuances.
Innovative Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our vibrant team to develop and execute groundbreaking post-production strategies.

Communication and Feedback: Exhibit exceptional communication skills, adept at actioning feedback from clients and advising them on the best options for their projects to ensure their vision is realized to its fullest potential.
File Management Guru: Manage asset files and footage efficiently, ensuring organized and seamless production workflows.
Deadline Mastery: Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to meeting project schedules and achieving deadlines, consistently maintaining our high standards.

Experienced Editor: Bring your solid five years of editing experience to the table, ideally gained in an agency or production house setting. We're excited to see a diverse portfolio that showcases your growth and creativity over the years.

Adobe Suite Skills: You should have a strong command of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with a knack for using these tools to bring creative visions to life. Your ability to blend technical skill with artistic flair will be highly valued.

Color Grading Knowledge: Familiarity with the RAW to Final Color Grading Workflow is important. We look forward to seeing how your expertise can turn raw footage into visual stories that resonate.

Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills help keep projects flowing smoothly. If you have a system for managing assets that helps you stay on track, we're interested in learning more about it.

Reliability and Time Management: We appreciate individuals who have a consistent track record of meeting deadlines and keeping project timelines on track. Share with us how your time management skills have made a difference in your previous roles.

Effective Communication: Being able to communicate well with team members and clients helps everyone stay aligned and move projects forward effectively. If you have experience turning feedback into action and guiding project discussions, we'd love to hear about it.
