Senior Video Content Manager

London

The Senior Video Content Manager will be responsible for video content, creating exciting and engaging content of the highest quality across all the digital channels, owned and paid for, to the correct technical specification.

This position requires a highly creative individual with a deep understanding of design principles, branding, and visual storytelling. The Senior Video Content Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that creative concepts are not only visually striking but also align with the overall marketing objectives.

As the most experienced videographer and editor in our team, you will be the source of expertise for video, be able to guide and train other team members and provide quality assurance for the video and imagery output of the studio.

You will be a creative individual with a skill for visual storytelling, able to construct a narrative primed for user consumption and engagement.

Working closely wih the Head of Creative, the Senior Video Content Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of the company's marketing efforts and contributes to the overall success of campaigns.

What you'll be doing
Conceptualisation and ideation - Conceptualise and execute video projects that align with the brand's vision and marketing objectives. Translate marketing briefs into visually impactful video that effectively convey key messages.

Production - Shoot, edit, and deliver video content quickly, managing the editing process and overseeing all retouching. Enhance videos, incorporating music, sound effects, and graphics to create engaging content. Bring campaign concepts to life. Maintain a high standard of visual excellence and creativity.

Brand consistency - Collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders to ensure videos effectively communicate the intended messages. Update and refresh under the direction of Head of Creative. Collaborate with brand marketing to evolve and strengthen the visual identity of the brand.

Art Direction - Oversee and execute art direction for on-model and still-life shoots and videos, ensuring visuals are on-brand, diverse, contemporary, and desirable within agreed budgets.

Quality control - Conduct thorough reviews of creative materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign objectives. Organise and maintain video files and assets to ensure easy accessibility for future use.

Innovation and Trends - Stay informed about design trends, industry innovations, and emerging technologies. Integrate new and innovative design approaches into campaigns to maintain a fresh and modern aesthetic.
