We're looking for an experienced video content creator with a passion for new ideas to produce and self-shoot thumb-stopping video that expands Zoopla's presence, enhances our onsite experience and engages millions of people within the world of property.

As Senior Content Creator you will sit in the Marketing team and partner closely with Design and Content to deliver best-in-class video for use across Zoopla's digital channels, inclusive of the website, social media and advertising.

What you'll do:

Creative and production:

Develop relevant and innovative ideas for video content that supports our marketing and engagement strategy, in collaboration with the wider Content Team.
Script and storyboard content, when necessary, to present for builds and approval.
Self-shoot (in-house and on location), edit and deliver videos at pace for multiple digital channels.
Manage video content from conception to upload - including production, logistics and costs - bringing a methodical approach to content creation and publishing.
Maintain consistency of quality, whilst adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice across all videography.
Collaboration:

Partner with the Social Media Manager to drive audience growth across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and any newly emerging video-driven channels.
Work closely with Content Editors and Content Designers to enrich onsite experiences and CRM journeys.
Work closely with the Design and Creative Studio to ensure all video content is within creative and brand guidelines.
Strategy and technical:

Maintain knowledge of emerging video, social and streaming trends (including AI developments) to inform content recommendations.
Build towards a clear role for video across different digital channels, connecting to our growth marketing strategy.
Build towards establishing the video 'function' at Zoopla - including optimal equipment, shooting space and personnel.
Review and interpret channel analytics to inform video content improvements.
Who you are:

You're a skilled videographer with years of experience shooting on various video equipment from 4K+ cameras (i.e. Sony A7S or similar), DSLR's and even smartphones.
You've got experience in creating video content for an array of digital channels, at a high quality and pace of turnaround.
You're confident with audio recording and editing best practices.
You're proficient in post-production software (i.e. Premiere Pro) and you can edit with creative flair and personality.
You have skills in motion graphics (specifically After Effects) and you can maintain a structured and organised file system for all project assets, ensuring smooth transitions for other team members accessing your files.
You're highly knowledgeable of social media - with a solid grasp of different formats and how the algorithms work - plus you're in-the-know on the latest video trends.
You can show evidence of contributing to a strategy and concepting video content that supports it.
You're operationally strong, with high attention to detail and confidence to coordinate all the moving parts required to deliver video content.
You're quick to come up with creative ideas and collaborate with your colleagues to find practical solutions to deliver video content.
You're digitally savvy, cultured and passionate about storytelling.
