Rascal is a fast growing, multi award winning VFX studio based in London and Stockholm. We work on a wide variety of work including TV commercials and long from, music promos and feature films.

We are looking to hire a senior VFX producer to join our expanding production team.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional team player with proven experience post producing high budget campaigns. They must have the ability to own multiple projects, manage challenging timelines and ensure that all content is delivered to Rascals' high standards.

Key Responsibilities - Senior VFX Producer

Pitching and bidding jobs using scripts and treatments
Post-Producing multiple projects across multiple clients simultaneously
Creating VFX post production schedules
Establishing, building and maintaining client relationships
Assisting clients with technical & deadline management
Reconciling & billing of projects through CETA
Attend shoots where necessary
Entertaining existing and new clients

Skills and Experience

A minimum of 4/5 years experience working in a similar role within a post production company.
Strong experience with TVCs and post production workflows.
Proactive and problem solving attitude.
Commitment to creating groundbreaking work and developing new and exciting ideas.
The ability to prioritise effectively across a number of projects, managing your time and resources according to each production's requirements.
Ability to lead VFX teams throughout a project.
Hybrid working: This role would initially be based in our East London studio 3 days a week with 2 days Working From Home. We also have studios in Stockholm and some international travel may be required with this role.

Working hours: 9am - 6pm. It is often expected in our industry that we be contactable outside of these hours. Knowing this we are protective of our teams and carefully monitor hours worked; flexibility is key.
