This Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join us on our fast-growth journey! We are seeking a Producer/Director with experience managing projects from initial brief to final delivery. This role involves leading the production of all broadcast advertising.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Turning briefs and scripts into top-tier Broadcast content that sells.
• Leading the sourcing of exceptional on-screen talent and unique locations to bring each project to life
• Demonstrating attention to detail and clear team communication. You will be responsible for every aspect of the shoot, including talent, crew, props, set dressing, and camera and lighting equipment.
• Overseeing shoot days, directing, managing time and team members on set effectively
• As the final decision maker on set, you must respond decisively to challenges by adapting shots and resolving issues with creativity and efficiency in what is a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Overseeing the entire post-production process, feeding back to our team of editor and driving projects to completion while upholding the highest standards and meeting every deadline.

You'll excel in this role if you have the following skills & experience:
• Experience Producing and Directing high quality promotional content.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Able to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience producing content for highly demonstrable products would be advantageous
• Experience of the Clearcast approvals process would be advantageous
• Experience submitting content to national TV stations would be advantageous
