The Royal Albert Hall is recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Technical Production Supervisor to join our Production and Technical team.

Integral to the building is the Production and Technical department who are responsible for the preparation, set-up, and operational requirements of every event across the Hall from the Main Auditorium, to 'Beyond the Main Stage' areas including the Elgar Room and other spaces within the building.

Alongside the other Production and Technical teams, the Senior Technical Production Supervisor is responsible for advancing and supervising the delivery of all production requirements whilst promoting Hall's services to both external and internal clients. Key responsibilities include quoting and organisation of equipment, developing and maintaining good relationships with Promoters and project management of events and services. The Senior Technical Production Supervisor is required to work closely with the Event Manager and Programming Teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of events.

Additionally, the Senior Technical Production Supervisor will line manage the Technical Production Supervisor team, guiding, mentoring, supporting, and rostering effectively to ensure the needs of the building are fully met whilst ensuring optimal working conditions for individuals.
