What You'll Be Doing:

As a Senior Social Exec, you'll be doing the following:

To work within the JD UK Social Media team to maintain, improve and grow the social media channels for the JD social channels.
To deliver best-in-class content across JD social media channels, drive engagement through community management, and take a data-led approach to improve platform & content performance.
To produce weekly reports and monitor the success of ongoing social media marketing campaigns and activity.
What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to work as part of a small team in a fast moving environment.
A willingness to learn new skills.
Experience dealing with customers.
Prior blog writing or social media community management experience preferred but not essential
