Based in Luton, TEDGroup is a highly creative and innovative provider of leisure sector entertainment and related services in the UK and around the World. We are looking for a motivated and proficient Project Manager to work within TEDAV - our technical department. TEDAV is responsible for our AV, stage PA and stage lighting systems design, installation, maintenance and conferencing works. To date, TEDAV has installed systems into Cruise Ships, Holiday Parks, Hotels, Schools and Theatres within the UK and - for our Cruise and Hotel clients - all over the World. During the summer, we employ more than 35 sound and lighting technicians to run shows at the venues we provide-for and we have a team of more than 30 installation engineers.

We are looking for an experienced project manager, who has already managed a variety of projects and events for a range of clients. Previous experience in systems design, specification & installation is essential, as are technical-based qualifications to at least 'A' level standard, with HNC, HND or degree-level qualifications in technical theatre disciplines preferred. Self-motivation with a 'can-do' attitude, an outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills are all prerequisites.

The successful candidate will work with our Luton-based team to design and submit quotations for new systems, provide drawings and schematics and project-manage the works. He or she will also liaise directly with clients and will be a key point of reference for both clients and junior staff with technical queries.
