What do I need to be able to do the role?
You'll be educated to minimum of ONC in a relevant Engineering discipline, or have significant technical experience. Experience gained within a Submarine Business Unit and knowledge of Construction Site based operations are also highly desirable.

Lastly, you'll need strong interpersonal skills and well-developed communication skills (including editorial and briefing) and the ability to influence and interface effectively with sub-contractors and internal stakeholders at all levels of the business.

What else do I need to know?
The successful candidate will need to satisfy Ministry of Defence security requirements. This may require you to hold or be eligible/capable of achieving 'Security Check' (SC) clearance.
We are happy to talk about flexible working. Please ask about alternative patterns of work at interview.
