We are looking for a brilliant, experienced and organised Senior Production Co-coordinator to join our Belfast based team for our 2D animation series for WGBH and PBS, to start asap.This role is crucial to the smooth running of the production. Applicants should be proactive self-starters who have broadcast credits at production coordinator or assistant level and who enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.Applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, to work well under pressure, to prioritise tasks efficiently and to be an excellent team playerThis role would suit candidates who are interested in being part of a growing studio and who are interested in pursuing a career in production management.Experience in animation would be an advantage but not essential.Working closely with the line producer and the series director, duties will include:File management and internal distribution of scripts. Assessment of animation and design requirements for feedback into internal grading system. Co-ordination of internal feedback to ensure due dates are met.File management of VRX files and subsequent pick-ups or ADR.Co-ordination of complex post production and delivery schedules from receipt of dialogue records through to playout to broadcast. In conjunction with the line producer allocation of tasks to the post production and sound team, setting daily and weekly targets. Tracking due dates and expediting action as required.Management of notes in from production partners at all stages of production.Distribution of notes to stake holders and in conjunction with the series director, allocation of tasks to boarders, sound, post production, design as appropriate.Preparation of storyboard briefing packs. Scheduling of storyboards across the team, tracking due dates in order to meet the required delivery dates for animatic delivery to the layout team. Assisting the director with the management of notes and digital assets.Completion of post-production paperwork.Production and distribution of weekly production report.General office management, to include leave and sickness records, administration of IT requirements and logins and production diaries.General ad-hoc duties as required.To apply, please your cv, covering letter and details of your current circumstances by Wednesday 23rd November.
