We seek a highly experienced and innovative Senior Producer to lead the production of high-quality CG animated shorts and full CG NFT collections. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of 3D animation pipelines and a proven track record of success in delivering complex projects within budget and schedule. A passion for pushing creative boundaries and embracing unorthodox approaches is essential. This role will involve optimizing existing production workflows and strategically scaling the department to align with ambitious company growth goals.

Superduper is an IP development company specializing in rapidly creating and delivering high-quality, reusable character assets and storylines. We work on fixed timelines to efficiently develop new IP and respond swiftly to market demands. We produce animated shorts and NFT collections that utilize a core library of assets, enabling us to efficiently create engaging content for marketing campaigns across each of our developed IPs.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the scheduling of all Social Media deliveries per IP Quotas.
Responsible for the schedule and delivery of all NFT Collections.
Responsible for the budget management of the department - cost projection, reporting per IP. Covering:
Social Media
NFT Workflow
Supervise the maintenance and improvement of Shotgrid and other pipeline tracking.
Work closely with the Creative Director to obtain approvals and maintain the standard of quality across all output.
Responsible for resource management
Performance reviews and giving feedback
Crewing
Job posting
Negotiations
Interviewing
Decision making
Provide clear high-level updates and reports, and partner closely with the Head of Production. The reporting will include:
Budget - cost reports
Team status - wellbeing, feedback, flags
Quota / deliverables
Flags / blockers, and proposed solutions
Roadmap requirements
Consistent evaluation of evolving department needs
Future crewing requirements

Must haves

Key experience:
A wealth of experience being both client facing and working closely with artists.
Extensive experience in CG production.
Nice to have: production experience with heavily procedural workflows.
Extensive Shotgrid experience.
Experience with scaling teams and establishing scalable processes.
