The B1M are looking for a motivated and experienced full-time Senior Producer to lead the execution and delivery of commercial projects for our key customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven-track record in leading the end-to-end process of video production; from the development of concepts and storyboards to the co-ordination and smooth execution of shoots and the delivery of high-quality content. They will be a skilled project manager, with a natural ability to act as an ambassador for The B1M brand and as the key point of contact for our most important customers; maximising customer service, building reputation and driving repeat business.

You will be working closely alongside our Co-Founder and MD, Head of Content Partnerships and in-house editorial and content production teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a growing business that is leading the way on social video publishing in the architecture, engineering and construction sectors.

The role will be a full-time position with a three month probation period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the execution and delivery of commercial projects for The B1M's key customers.
- Co-ordinate the end-to-end production process with in-house teams, contracted resources and customer organisations.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and experience throughout the execution and delivery of all commercial projects.
- Be the key point of day-to-day contact for The B1M's customers on commercial projects, acting as an ambassador for our brand.
- Develop storyboards for commercial projects, ensuring that key messages and objectives are understood and planned-in, balancing these with The B1M format and brand.
- Schedule filming dates and co-ordinate talent, locations, resources and approvals.
- Lead production days on-location ensuring that all elements run to schedule and as smoothly as possible.
- Oversee the post-production process, ensuring that resources are allocated, assets and releases are obtained, and that customer expectations are managed.
- Co-ordinate with internal teams on the release and distribution of commercial content.
- Ensure that commercial projects are executed within budget, always with a view to maximising profit.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

- A minimum of 2 years' experience and a proven track-record in a senior producer or producer role.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent budgeting, time management and prioritisation skills; able to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- The desire and ability to build trusted relationships with The B1M's key customers; building reputation and driving repeat business.
- Strong communication skills; enjoys interacting and building relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Commercially savvy.
- An awareness of video formats and their different applications across the main social media platforms.
