Location - LondonThe RoleWe are looking for a Senior Producer to manage all aspects of production on Love Island the Game. You will work with a Producer to oversee the delivery of narrative content and feature updates for a live title played by an audience of 11M +. You will manage internal and external resources, JIRA projects and backlogs, and product roadmaps to ensure game updates are delivered on time, on budget, and to the right quality. You will partner with a Product Manager and Lead Narrative Designer to deliver their vision and act upon their data insights. You will lead and motivate the game team to create a culture of collaboration where everyone is set up and driven to meet and exceed expectations.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the product roadmap and release planning for LITG.Ensure that the work being planned is prioritised in line with creative vision and data insights and seek feedback from key stakeholders: Lead Narrative Designer and Product Manager .Partner with project Leads to define milestone and sprint deliverables for the team and then drive the successful delivery of all objectives.Ensure project plans are captured, tracking documents are maintained, and key decisions are documented and communicated to the wider team.Identify risks and dependencies and proactively work to resolve them, to ensure that goals and deadlines are met.Find efficiencies and maximise the output of project resources.Ensure the Development Director and other key stakeholders are aware of resource requirements, and build plans, which balance scope against available capacity.Support Engineering, Art and QA in managing and improving our content and release pipelines.Facilitate the running of key meetings in the agile framework (Scrum/ Kanban) from daily standups, to sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.Create, track, and manage tasks in JIRA and other tools to ensure that schedules are maintained and adjusted accordingly for all upcoming releases, deadlines and milestones.Facilitate communication across the development team and other departments including Marketing, QA, Customer Service etc.Manage IP holder relations to ensure content is approved and feedback is incorporated through production.Champion efficient processes across teams and work to continually improve them.Manage other Producers, setting developmental objectives and delivering regular constructive feedback through 1:1 meetings.Skills and RequirementsExtensive experience in game development within a Production role.Demonstrate ability to work across project life cycle involving multiple disciplines.Worked previously on a live game delivering regular content updates.Experience managing and developing Producers.Confident with standard project management development tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Roadmapping Tools etc).Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc).Strong verbal and written communication.Strong problem solving and critical thinking.About YouMeticulous eye for detail.Excellent relationship building skills.Lead and motivate teams on a daily basis.Highly self-motivated with initiative.Curious, empathic, objective, collaborative.Passion for video games, especially mobile.About Fusebox GamesAt Fusebox Games we make world-leading choice-based narrative mobile games that live in your pocket!
