Description of Vacancy

We're looking for a brilliant, creative and proactive Senior Producer to join our excellent team. You will oversee multiple projects across both video and animation, taking responsibility for the creative direction of assignments. As an experienced Senior Producer you will be expert at keeping the client happy and making sure that as a company we're delivering at the high level of quality we've become known for.

Working across both the Production and Post-production teams, you'll need get on well with your colleagues. The role will require developing and delivering pitches, producing the creative or determining the best approach, communicating that to the client and then managing the delivery of the idea successfully. You will be comfortable in writing creative pitches autonomously. If the project involves filming you'll be comfortable producing and directing and if it's an animation you'll work closely with our team of motion graphics staff. Ultimately you'll stay involved until the piece is successfully delivered on time, and on budget to an impressed client.

You will be joining a friendly team who get on well and make a good brew. We catch up every morning as a company so we all know what's going on and share some inspiring content to keep our brains tingling. We all learn from each other and we'd expect you to be able to show us a thing or two.

About you

You must have significant corporate and business experience, and be able to work with initiative leading and mentoring a busy team. We pride ourselves on bringing innovation where possible to our creative development and pitches and we expect you to be able to develop a pitch yourself and see it through to successful delivery. You will need to have commercial mindset, be able to work to tight budgets and your attention to detail and quality is essential. We create both video and animation pieces so experience in producing motion graphics based projects is also needed. Knowledge of shoot equipment is required, you need to know your camera positions and lighting techniques. You must be adaptable and able to get on well with our corporate clients.
