What's the team like?
You will be working in a small dedicated team, directly reporting to the Director of Content.

What's the role?
As our Producer, you will be responsible for leading the production of a suite of short-form digital content for an exciting and ambitious European-wide project. With a passion for telling human stories in an engaging way that grabs the attention of viewers on social media platforms, you will be resourceful, curious and brimming with ideas. As the manager of a small production team, you will love to run complex productions in multiple countries and will be a master of schedules and to-do lists. You will be a first-class script writer and edit producer, comfortable and experienced in giving creative direction and feedback to others. You will have several years of experience working as a producer in TV or working for a digital documentary platform. Please note this is not a shooting or directing role.

What you'll be doing:
* Generating social video ideas that fit the campaign brief
* Overseeing contributor casting
* Writing shooting scripts and working with directors to plan the shoots
* Edit producing
* Giving constructive feedback to your directors and edit producers
* Managing the schedule and workplan
* Ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met
* Delivering creative work of an outstanding standard
* Working closely with the production coordinator to organise suitable shoot locations and organise logistics.

What we need from you:
* Solid TV producing experience with experience of current affairs/documentary for major networks like BBC, Channel 4, Vice or Vox
* Experience of other formats (factual entertainment, reality, social experiment) desirable
* Ideally some experience of producing video for social media
* Good understanding of the needs of different social media platforms
* Great script writer and edit producer
* Experience of running complex productions
* Experience of giving creative feedback to others
* Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills
* Fluent English required
* Russian also desirable but not essential
