This role is a key part of that growth - working as an integral extension of our production teams to help navigate the fast-changing post-production landscape.We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Post Producer to oversee and deliver a wide range of unscripted content for both broadcast and streaming platforms. You'll bring strong editorial and technical understanding across factual, factual entertainment, reality, and entertainment genres, and have proven experience managing complex post schedules and workflows on high-volume, fast-turnaround projects.This is a hands-on position within a small, agile team - suited to someone who thrives under pressure, can manage multiple priorities at once, and understands the detail and discipline required for successful in-house post production and delivery. This is an exciting time to be part of a growing team with breadth across the UK.DutiesProject Ownership: End-to-end post production management across multiple unscripted projects from development and budgeting through to final delivery.Budgeting & Cost Management: Create, manage and report post production budgets and usage. Monitor actuals against estimates and report regularly to finance and production management.Scheduling: Build and maintain post production schedules, ensuring key milestones are met and resources are aligned.Workflow Support: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure workflows (edit, grading, audio, delivery) are efficient and best in class for each project's needs.Client & Production Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between production teams, editors, freelancers and technical ops - facilitating clear communication and troubleshooting issues as they arise.Compliance & Delivery: Oversee QC, legal, and compliance processes, ensuring all content is delivered to spec and on time.Team Leadership: Mentor junior post staff and oversee finishing freelancers. Champion best practices in post across the team and wider company.Supplier Management: Manage relationships with post houses, freelancers, and external vendors as required.Knowledge & SkillsProven experience as a Post Producer or Senior Post Producer within a busy post environment (in-house or facility).Strong track record working across multiple unscripted genres, particularly factual, factual entertainment, and reality formats.Deep understanding of post production workflows, including edit, picture and audio finishing, and delivery across UK and international broadcasters.Demonstrable experience in budget management and cost tracking, with strong attention to detail.Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to work closely with creative teams, editors, production, and technical staff.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, calm approach under pressure.Familiarity with delivery specs for major UK broadcasters and streaming platforms.DesirableFarmers Wife scheduling.Knowledge of Avid, Adobe, DaVinci Resolve, and file-based workflows.Experience working with remote and hybrid post production teams.Understanding of archive, music, and post paperwork requirements.Prior experience onboarding and managing freelancers.Reporting ToDirector Post Production, Banijay UKContract TypePermanentHours9:30am - 6:00pmWe will consider flexible working requests for all roles, unless operational requirements prevent otherwise.
