This is a rare opportunity to be in at the ground level of some of the most high-profile podcast launches in recent memory.We're looking for someone who can do it all: from booking top-tier guests and shaping editorial tone, to overseeing recording, editing, and driving audience growth through smart marketing and promotion. You'll be the engine behind each show - ensuring every episode is sharp, compelling, and flawlessly delivered.You'll work across both brands, helping to craft shows that are fresh, fearless, and impossible to ignore - with a mix of political insight, cultural edge, and unmissable commentary.If you're editorially savvy, production-smart, marketing-minded - and hungry to create the next breakout hit - we want to hear from you.RequirementsPitch timely, original episode ideas that respond to breaking news and cultural trendsResearch, identify, and book high-profile guests across politics, culture, and mediaWrite persuasive pitches to secure both reactive and long-lead guestsMaintain a live, detailed tracker of all guest outreach and booking activityCoordinate recording schedules with presenters and studio teams (in-person and remote)Prepare concise, insightful briefings for presenters on a wide range of topicsDraft high-quality scripts, intros, and guest biographiesFact-check content and ensure editorial accuracy across all outputsSelect and prepare visual assets and quotes to enhance podcast visibilityEdit short-form clips for social media and refine podcast audio where neededShape compelling release packages - headlines, thumbnails, show notes - to maximise reachLead social media strategy and scheduling to drive growth and engagement across platformsBenefitsSalary dependent on experience.5% Employer Contribution Pension Scheme.Generous Holiday Allowance with 25 days holiday per calendar year + birthday holiday bonus + Bank Holiday LeaveAll staff receive generous discounts at our Company restaurant, as well as free breakfast and fruitCycle to work scheme Interest free season ticket loan
