About the role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall Purpose and Objectives:

The responsibility of the EMEA Senior Multimedia Creative is to drive the strategic development and execution of creative content initiatives that support the business objectives of Celebrity Cruises. With a focus on multimedia content creation, including video production, print media, and static asset creation, the role aims to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth across various digital and traditional marketing channels.

The individual will be responsible for leading the conceptualization, development, and delivery of high-quality content assets tailored to the unique needs of the EMEA market. By leveraging creative expertise and industry insights, the role seeks to elevate the brand's presence, foster consistency in content quality, and contribute to the overall success of marketing and creative endeavors within the organization, led by the US creative team.

Specific Tasks and Job Duties:

Develop engaging multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and static assets to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. (Responsible for decision-making).
Lead the end-to-end process of EMEA content creation, from ideation and storyboard development to filming, editing, and final delivery. (Responsible for executive actions).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing teams and senior leadership, to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. (Responsible for consultation).
Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content within allocated resources. (Responsible for decision-making).
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in multimedia content creation, leveraging insights to drive innovation and optimize content strategies. (Responsible for being informed).
Provide creative direction and guidance to external partners involved in content production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and brand consistency. (Responsible for decision-making and informing).
Collaborating with various teams to understand and analyze the performance of multimedia content across various channels, levering insights to inform future content strategies and optimizations in the creative process. (Responsible for decision-making).
Continuously optimize workflows and processes related to multimedia content creation, seeking opportunities to improve efficiency, streamlining production, and enhance overall output quality. (Responsible for decision-making).

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills

Bachelor's degree (B.A.)
Significant related experience and/or training in Marketing and/or Creative Production
Accuracy, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are essential.
Able to multi-task and work on numerous projects simultaneously.
Strong creative training required across a diverse array of deliverables, including video and print.
Must have an understanding of pre-press and print production.
Must have an understanding of digital assets.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Demonstrated experience and up-to-date knowledge of design and video applications including Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and/or evolving design applications is required as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with project management software like Workfront is a plus.

INTERNAL/ EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

(Internal) Collaborating with HQ creative/production team, local senior leadership, HQ marketing team leads, and local/global agencies.
(Internal) Trade Marketing - Daily interaction with receiving briefs and direction for all creative needs of the team, now supported by Trade Artworker.
(Internal) Brand Marketing - Immediate peers. Daily interaction to gain alignment on creative direction and to ensure visibility of all upcoming creative opportunities that can be repurposed for other teams.
(External) Liaise with outside agencies for creative projects, providing direction, feedback and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
(External) Source and facilitate communication between the company and external companies creating content for us for video production shoots, conveying project requirements, timelines, and objectives.
