Senior Motion Graphic Designer - Television
Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
Wimbledon, London SW19

We're seeking a talented Senior Motion Graphic Designer with great ideas and advanced 3D knowledge to join our busy in-house Creative Department.

About us
Manoto - "Me and You" - is a ground-breaking Persian-language television channel.

Marjan TV Network Ltd.'s flagship channel presents the very best in fresh and original Persian language programming, broadcasting daily from London via satellite to millions of viewers across Europe, Iran and the Middle East.

Whilst our programming is Persian-language, our day-to-day working language is English.

The role
Working closely with the Creative Director and Creative Coordinator, you will help lead, design and create bespoke Motion Graphics for the broadcast and digital platforms of the channel brand across all our in-house programming and promotional campaigns. You'll also work directly alongside Show Producers and other members of the Production team in the delivery of creative design executions for the channel.

You'll need to be into brands, 3D software, graphic design and the latest creative and broadcast trends. You'll be required to conceive and create outstanding animation work across a variety of projects from acquired material from the likes of National Geographic, Discovery, BBC and ITV, to bespoke content commissioned by the Channel.

You'll be expected to work with 'Live' broadcast television branding and transmission/playout systems, whilst ensuring the quality of design throughout all phases of Manoto projects meet Marjan Television expectations and standards.

About you
With a minimum of 3 years' experience in a broadcast, vfx or post-production environment and ideally educated to degree level in graphic design/animation, you'll need to be highly creative, with a strong portfolio and showreel showcasing innovative concepts and creative design solutions. Strong editorial and creative judgment, including the ability to communicate clear and effective design ideas to teams is a must.

Plugged into popular culture and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced broadcast environment, you're flexible, well-organised and punctual with a can-do attitude and willing to use your graphic design expertise wherever required.
In addition to the skills and knowledge already outlined, you will have:
- an understanding and love of typography, from fonts to kerning and composition
- advanced knowledge of After Effects and Cinema4D
- a good knowledge of core Adobe software: Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere.

Please note, we are not a specialist stop-frame or traditional craft animation studio, so bear this in mind when applying. This is purely a motion graphic role, requiring a love of broadcast design and animation with a strong emphasis on typography and logo design.

If you're ready for a new and exciting career challenge, then we'd love to hear from you!

To apply, please email a full CV including a cover letter and links to your work to hr@manototv.com
