Senior Media Manager

London

We are currently looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join our growing Global Digital team. In this role, you will be instrumental in furthering Integrated Marketing Communications capability for the brands. You will be responsible for delivering the right message to the right person at the right time as they take a journey with our brands - across any given media touchpoint - to ensure we are driving traffic down the consumer funnel. Penhaligon's and the Parisian fragrance house L'Artisan Parfumeur belong to Perfumers 1870, an independent arm of the Puig Group.

As Senior Paid Media Manager, you will work in conjunction with many partners to deliver mutual goals - the Digital, Brand, CRM, PR & Social teams, as well as other stakeholders - to deliver brilliant results in all ideas and applications and impactful, measurable Connection Point Planning.

You will be driving brand awareness and filling upper funnel planning - a new activity for the brand. Alongside this, ecommerce conversion is equally important. You will need in depth knowledge of Paid Media and Paid Social and be able to implement a tested strategy across their channels either in house or with agency support.

You will need to be a highly results driven individual who is focused on achieving KPIs and devising exciting plans to meet targets and increasing ROI, with a great creative eye and omnichannel attribution understanding and mindset.

Senior Paid Media Manager Responsibilities:
Manage the Media Budget, Messaging touchpoint strategy for Digital and Brand across (but not limited to) Search, Retargeting, Display, Social, OHH, Print, DPA etc
Work alongside the Brand team to develop a longer term touchpoint and right messaging strategy
Understand the current economic climate and be agile to adjust plans / activities and switch gears to focus on niche opportunities
Partner with brand on a testing strategy for assets and regularly feedback to ensure continual optimisation
Manage, continually evaluate agencies. If necessary, carry out RFP for continued work. This will include: PPC / SEO, Media,
Work with our parent company team in Barcelona on GTM and further developing the attribution model framework
Train the business on new mythologies and connection strategies, adopting a "teach, don't preach" method
Work with the Analytics team to add further insight into consumer behaviour, purchasing patterns and targeting strategies.
Understand all the key accounts, performance, obstacles and development plans
Construct digital activity calendars to support T1 & T2 accounts specifically
Deliver Go To Market packs for all other accounts - delivered in a timely fashion with the right requirements
Work on new door opening asset and brand pack
Work on Asset bank to host generic brand assets
Define ongoing new opportunities to rapidly grow the business
Co-manage the Tmall channel with the APAC Digital team including all content, assets, promotion planning, sampling, etc
Work alongside the Brand team to develop a longer term touchpoint and right messaging strategy
Understand the current economic climate and be agile to adjust plans / activities and switch gears to focus on niche opportunities
Key Account planning: activity planning, exclusive strategy, coverage negotiation, sampling and customer cultivation strategies, merchandising to tell the best stories about our beautiful brands

Desired Skills and Experience:
Strong experience in a Paid Media role ideally in the Luxury, Fragrance or Beauty industries
In depth knowledge of Paid Media and Paid Social and able to implement a tested strategy across their channels either in house or with agency support
Collaborative, energetic, and hands-on team player, but also a motivated self-starter with ability to independently work on multiple projects
Solid understanding of both off and online channels, and how key platforms operate
Strong experience in Digital Marketing, supporting omni-channel businesses globally
Highly results-driven individual, focused on achieving KPIs
A great creative eye and omnichannel attribution understanding and mindset
Experience working with the Tmall platform is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with a can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail
