ROLE

This role is one that enables us to take an end-to-end approach to our production and project delivery process from briefing to concept, production through to asset creation. As a Senior Integrated Producer, you're expected to have significant expertise in both project management and creative production and will be leading on the largest and most complex briefs within Creative Lab. You must be exceptional at planning, budgeting and communicating as well as confidently presenting to peers and senior stakeholders.

You will be part of the Creative Services team, who are responsible for the efficiency of all projects within the department; proactively optimising processes and workflows of Creative Lab to ensure commercial and delivery effectiveness.

Strong people management skills are vital to this role which has 1-2 direct reports; not only managing and developing your direct reports but also managing the different project teams and stakeholders. Ensuring you and your direct reports have the right resources at the right time, can deliver on brief, on deadline and within budget are key to the success of this role.

ABOUT YOU:

Proven understanding of all elements of the creative delivery process
Experience producing photography and videography shoots as well as social first and influencer content
Experience delivering digital, design, branding projects to short time scales
Proven experience of Integrated Project Management / Production at a similar level.
Evidence of working on multiple projects with multiple deliverables, clients and objectives, across a range of channels and platforms
Experience with Workfront (or similar systems) would be beneficial
Collaborative, inclusive and solutions focused mindset
Experience of managing direct reports and developing a team
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Working in a fast paced and dynamic environment with a variety of different briefs run through the team at any one time. One week it could be leading on a large production focused project (inc. location/studio/remote shoots), other weeks could include running multi-channel campaigns (across Homepage, CRM, Social, Paid Media, PR, OOH) or juggling multiple design focused trade and branding briefs. The role will need to have a great understanding of how to deliver any type of production or brief within Creative Lab.
Managing and liaising with senior and project teams across the business to ensure all stakeholders, internally & externally, are aware of key deadlines and projects are delivered to spec on time.
Implementing processes that keep projects and workstreams functioning and moving in an efficient and effective way. Supporting the Head of Creative Services and Traffic Manager to continually improve the planning and project processes, making recommendations to ensure efficiency, utilisation and effectiveness are maintained to the highest level
Responsible for the creation of project delivery plans, budget tracking, shoot risk assessments, engaging and negotiating with third parties - casting agencies, location scouts, production partners, rights & clearances of assets
Managing post project retrospectives and making sure that all learnings are turned into actions which will be fed back into the processes of the department
