You will:

- Coach and advise the management population within business area/s (and beyond as necessary) to support delivering HR and Business People Programmes
- Provide full spectrum HR support and guidance, where required, to drive forward people initiatives in service of the people plan
- Establish and maintain influential and effective relationships with key partners across the business and HR
- Ensure effective delivery of group wide (and bespoke) programmes within business areas, partnering collaboratively with the HR Centres of Excellence to achieve the shared HR goals
- Working with key partners to drive engagement and key people metrics, including people plans covering business change programmes, people initiatives, managing talent, succession plans
- Review and interpret People Data for HR and Business programmes

- Strong and demonstrable evidence of being self-sufficient
- Experience in delivering and managing small projects involving multiple partners within and outside of HR
