Charlotte Tilbury is looking for a talented Senior Flame artist with a strong background and proven experience working on industry leading beauty content to join our growing Creative Agency. This position requires in-depth knowledge of Autodesk Flame from setup through to the finishing process. You will be responsible for fine detail conform, VFX clean-up and finishing of all content. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, a thorough understanding of the VFX post-production process, and a natural eye for beauty.



Job Description:

Carry out VFX and advanced compositing work.
Lead and manage high end VFX jobs efficiently.
Strong eye for detail, composition, colour and lighting.
Perform advanced clean-up work.
Assume responsibility for technical accuracy of conform.
Work with Colourists and Editors to ensure smooth workflows.
Communicate project developments and timeframes with project managers.
Provide support and mentor junior members of the VFX team.
Work alongside Art Directors on complex VFX projects requiring a high level of finish.
Requirements
Experience working as a Flame Op in a post-production or agency environment.
Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Flame.
Advanced knowledge of post-production and NAS workflows.
Advanced visual effects capabilities with an emphasis on clean up.
Understanding of professional audio/video standards and broadcast deliverables.
Ability to interact with key stakeholders and perform quality work.
