Senior Film Producer

London

We are looking for an organised and detail-obsessed Producer / Production Manager to join our Films team. This role is essential in ensuring our video productions run smoothly from pre-production through to post-production. Reporting to the Head of Films, you will support and assist in managing production logistics, ensuring all necessary documentation and planning is in place. You'll also oversee production tasks when required, ensuring efficiency across the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media production, experience on set, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, rain or shine.

WHAT WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING?
Production Support & Oversight:
Support the Head of Films in overseeing and executing production processes.
Assist with production planning, timelines, budgets, and logistics.
Step in to oversee specific projects or shoots when required.
Ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared and maintained.
Work with the creative and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Pre-Production:
Assist in creating and managing essential production documentation, including:
Call sheets
Risk assessments
Crew contracts/talent contracts
Production declaration forms
Permits and location agreements
Kit hire and bookings
Production pre and post-production meeting support
Secure and organise shoot locations, permits, and compliance requirements.
Book and coordinate crew, ensuring all roles are filled appropriately.

On-Set & Post-Production Support:
Act as the key point of contact during shoots, supporting the Head of Films in ensuring smooth operations.
Troubleshoot and assist in resolving on-set challenges.
Work with post-production teams to facilitate seamless delivery of projects.
Collaboration with Head of Films:
Support the Head of Films in maintaining and organising a database of production agreements and templates.
Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 4 years of proven experience in media production, ideally in a Producer or Production Manager role.
On-Set Knowledge: Strong understanding of on-set roles, logistics, and workflows.
Organisational Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects and support production schedules.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with film and media production standards, contracts, and compliance requirements.
Software Proficiency: In-depth understanding of our production management tools, spreadsheets, and scheduling software.
Strong Communication: Ability to converse with crew, clients, and internal teams with no dramas.
Comfort with the Uncomfortable: Sometimes we get 8 weeks to produce a hero campaign. Other times we get 8 hours to bring together an edit. You need to be comfortable with both

WORKING RHYTHM
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Office-based from Monday to Thursday, with remote work on Friday if needed.
