Create is CNN Internationals award winning, in-house brand studio, delivering multi-platform content solutions for audiences across the globe.
Your role as Senior Editor & Head of Post Production would be to oversee global Post Production of content across our offices in London, Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong.

You would be required to post produce Create's signature campaigns, produced and filmed by our in-house Production crew. This would entail being across pre-production, giving technical and creative ideas ensuring a seamless transition as the project moves to the post-production stage for both offline and online editing. It would require editing multi-camera shoot footage in Premiere Pro, using After Effects to embellish edits and Davinci Resolve to professionally colour grade the final videos. You would also be required to view, advise on, and sign off edits across our global offices, oversee content deliveries, manage editors as well as all of our freelance post production staff, and manage all hardware and software requirements.

What you'll be doing:
Edit Create's flagship campaigns, filmed by our in-house production department. Produce professional, dynamic, high quality branded content using the latest editing and effects software.
Colour grade all of Create's flagship campaigns plus any required additional content using Davinci Resolve, working within Create's own stylistic direction and that of our clients.
Manage Create's editors in London and Hong Kong. Provide editorial and technical assistance to ensure smooth operation and high quality deliveries to deadline.
Oversee hiring and management of freelance editors
Discuss technical and editorial decisions to ensure highest quality output. Oversee exports and uploads to ensure technical requirements are met.

What we're looking for:
Expertise using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects
Passion for documentaries
Experience managing and mentoring a team
Experience within a client driven environment is highly desirable
