We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our group of postproduction facilities as we expand and open a new facility in Manchester.We've recently been awarded one of Broadcast Best Places to Work 2022.Our expanding business is now in need of a Senior Dubbing Mixer.Role overview:This is an amazing opportunity to join from the very start and see the facility grow. They will be offered the opportunity to join a dynamic team and work withsome of the best Production Companies and Broadcasters in the industry. With a strong commitment and good sense of humour, they will work on an array of programmes from feature docs, to entertainment series.Role Responsibilities:Completing sound preps, tracklays, sound design and stereo final mixes within agreed deadlines.Recording voice oversMaintaining and organising session back upsKeeping abreast of industry news, technical developments and workflows; reporting directly to head of audio and company directorsMaintaining the audio equipment, ensuring associated software is kept up to date, in-line with company policyEnsuring an effective and efficient delivery of workKeeping abreast of industry news, technical developments and workflows; reporting directly to head of audio and company directors Working closely with existing and new clients to retain and develop the business.Required skills and experience:A minimum of 7 years' professional experience using Pro-Tool, tracklaying and mixing for Broadcast televisionA strong credit list of long form factual series for UK BroadcastersProven ability in mixing stereo and 5.1 audio to multiple broadcast specificationsProven ability working on a range of mixing consolesComfortable working under pressure to deadlinesKnowledge and understanding of mainstream production, post production and broadcast workflowsStrong technical ability in broadcast audio post productionAbility to assess client need and work collaborativelyStrong creative flairAttention to detail and desire to exceed expectationExcellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skillsExcellent client focus.If you have all of the relevant skills, experience and are looking to join a team that will support you and provide you with a busy but enjoyable workingenvironment, please send in your CV and a covering letter detailing why you think you'd be a good fit with your salary expectations and notice period.
