We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce that encourages and values all voices - Everyone is welcome ??HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME Managing a team of Digital Producers and Editors who are responsible for delivering best-in-class video content across all platformsOverseeing delivery of video and static content such as video clips and compilations for social platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and ThreadsHelp grow client's audience, and understanding the types of content that keeps them engagedHaving oversight of the social media calendar, and working closely with the team of Social Media Managers who are responsible for it to identify priorities and key beatsRegular liaising with stakeholders and senior client management - acting as one of the main points of contact and account leads for the projectRunning client meetings and calls, providing project status updates, receiving briefs, collating feedback and rolling out plans with the teamActing as a guide and mentor for the team's content creation (working in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro)Ownership of the digital strategy for assigned clients and platforms, working with the Head of Social Creative and other account leads to create a strategy in line with overall business and marketing objectivesDeveloping social marketing strategy for new releases and top tier campaignsContributing creatively to content schedules, leading brainstorming sessions and inspiring junior and mid-level team members around creative, growth strategies and community buildingThe ability to concentrate on several areas of work at one time and prioritise, deliver to deadlines and react positively to changes and conflicting prioritiesWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything. Vast experience in demonstrating best-in-class social media activity for an array of brands/partnersDemonstrable experience in edit production, account management and project management in a fast-paced production or creative agencyA well-rounded knowledge of production processes from start to finishExtensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects)Highly effective planning and organising skills and positive nature with an eye for detailGreat relationship-building skills and an ability to pre-empt, interpret and incorporate client feedback sensitivelyExperience of managing and developing a teamExcellent knowledge of social media platforms and the key differences between themExpert in mastering tone of voice and how to best communicate with UK audiences specificallyUnderstanding platform trends and how to utilise them - comfortable with a reactive workflowAbility to work under pressure managing multiple editorial projectsExperience using Asana (or similar task management tool) a bonusClear communication and presentation skills, the ability to deliver information to clients with clarity on an individual and group basisHave a genuine passion for television and online culture THE PERKS OF THE JOBEmployee wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do.
