REFY seeks a hard-working Senior Creative Producer to join our brand creative team. This position is photography focused with a touch of videography.

Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will work with them to level up the content for all media channels. The work is exciting and varied, so we're looking for someone willing to try new things, get stuck in, and consistently produce high-quality work that will stand out.

The Senior Creative Producer will be responsible for video content, creating exciting and engaging edits of the highest quality across social media and the digital space to the correct technical specification. As the most experienced editor in our team, you will be the source of expertise for video, be able to guide and train other team members and provide quality assurance for the video and imagery output of the studio.

The chosen candidate will be a creative individual with a skill for visual storytelling, able to construct a narrative primed for user consumption and engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualise and execute video projects that align with the brand's vision and marketing objectives.
Capture high-quality footage using professional-grade equipment and techniques.
Shoot, edit, and deliver video content quickly, managing the editing process and overseeing all retouching. Enhance videos, incorporating music, sound effects, and graphics to create engaging content.
Collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders to ensure videos effectively communicate the intended messages.
Oversee and execute art direction for on-model and still-life shoots and videos, ensuring visuals are on-brand, diverse, contemporary, and desirable within agreed budgets.
Contribute to conceptual exploration and campaign creation, including mood boards before upcoming shoots.
Oversee studio functions, developing, innovating, and acting as guardian over e-commerce photography standards, including lighting and model casting.
Work with in-house and external production teams to manage budgets and allocate resources.
Stay updated with industry trends and new video production technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Organise and maintain video files and assets to ensure easy accessibility for future use.
Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment and ensure all deadlines are achieved while maintaining consistency of quality across all videography.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changes in art direction and project execution.
Review and interpret platform analytics to inform ongoing content improvements.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Highly skilled in photography and videography with an acute eye for beauty and experience editing and grading videos and images, ideally in beauty and fashion.
Must have strong experience working on-set in photo / video shoot environments.
Creative thinker who is proficient at idea generation and visualisation.
Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite - especially Premier Pro and Photoshop (Ruby to confirm which software).
Proactive, ambitious, and hard-working with excellent communication and organisation skills.
Confident in directing and shooting talent and collaborating with other designers, strategists, and project managers.
Positive and forward-thinking and able to take on new ideas and direction.
Be able to adapt to agile and a constantly changing environment.
Great attention to detail and highly organised.
Obsessed with social beauty trends.
Managing different projects, deadlines, and workloads will be essential.
