Senior Creative Producer

London

You are a creatively minded producer with excellent organisational skills who is able to pull on your industry contacts to bring creative ideas to life and help the make the agency famous for its creative work. You measure your own success by the quality of end deliverables.

Have a hunger to learn new skills outside your production specialism and find the best talent for projects. Not afraid of a challenge.

Responsibilities

* The third person in the creative team to assist with creative feasibility and the creative teams view you as being able to add value to their ideas.
* Manage multiple and complex productions.
* Guardians of the creative vision, budget and scope.
* Partner Partner with the account and production teams to ensure that assigned project/s progress smoothly in accordance to project plans, creative briefs and budget considerations.
* Partner with executive management
* Provide leadership in your discipline to creatives.
* Proactively sponsor other Creative Producers in their development and leveraging their skills to ensure a pro-active, effective and efficient service to the client.
* Coach, challenge and develop the Creative Producers to ensure they remain engaged and motivated
* Be a recognised point of reference and support for other members of you team as well as the wider agency.
* Strive for best in class production excellence and output, to enable the creation of famously effective ideas through effective management of campaigns.
* Financial and control over resourcing/costs ensuring profitability.

o Monitoring and reporting to account management team.

o Estimating accurately and managing budget approvals.

o Manage procurement and cost controllers
o Reconcile and close jobs on a timely basis

* Provide creative stimulus using knowledge of photographers and illustrators.
* Work closely with the Creative Directors and Creative teams to help inspire ideas with comprehensive Production/Art-buying/Digital//TV knowledge
* Lead pitch projects to ensure smooth process, budgets are met and most importantly we are producing the best creative work possible
* Lead the creative work through all the different agency departments where applicable (TV/Digital/AM/PL) and ensuring quality control and consistency with Grey's famously effective standards.

Have regular catch ups with the Account Management team to:

* Monitor and control the creative workflow on assigned productions.
* Ensure client expectations are set and met appropriately and fed through the account team structure
* Attend reviews with production on ideas
* Communicate project changes quickly and clearly to all project participants ensuring absolute clarity.
* Have a point of view on the skill sets required for the project and what is required from the team.

o Work closely with Studio, Greyworks, and design on booking creative resource,

o Be accountable for co-ordinating to implement production schedules.

* Lead production client presentations.


Qualifications
* Strong demonstrable background in art buying and agency project management
* Considerable knowledge in art buying and industry talent both at home and abroad.
*A passion in photography and illustration
* Strong interpersonal, networking and relationship building skills with a strong network of contacts within the industry
* Skilled negotiator with experience dealing with a variety of stakeholders
* Experience with digital production processes
* A desire to broaden production knowledge and ensure continuous learning
* Leadership ability including leading a project and ensuring team members achieve agreed deliverables
* Line management and mentoring experience, with a naturally warm and engaging style
* A creative passion, strong self-confidence and personal integrity, with the courage to express your creative opinion, ensuring the highest quality product for the client, has experience of working in an open and collaborative style.
* Motivated, resilient, able to work at pace to respond to the constantly evolving requirements of projects and the tenacity to respond to unexpected challenges, calm under pressure and promotes positivity.
* A commercial outlook to be able to leverage contacts and business knowledge to identify new business opportunities to facilitate the financial success of the team
* Strong financial acumen to manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, including budgetary management to ensure costs are controlled and key timings and deliverables are met and compliant with the purchasing and controlling mechanisms and agency reporting
* Solutions focused and able to think laterally to find original solutions to potential challenge
* Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
