As a Senior Creative on Channel 5 you will lead the creative execution of multiplatform campaigns, leading all aspects of the overall ideation, directing, editing and copywriting of trailers, promos, key art and social executions to launch new shows and content bundles. One of four Senior Creatives, you will report into and work closely with the Creative Director to ensure Channel 5's creative strategy and tone of voice cuts through across all touchpoints in a crowded UK marketplace. You will line manage other Creatives and work in close collaboration with the rest of the department, including Design, Production, Marketing, Social, Press and Media Planning. What are we looking for? Extensive experience working at a senior level within a creative team, you will lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skillsExperience of working on multiplatform campaigns with creative executions across all media touchpoints, with especially strong experience producing social assets either as part of wider campaigns or for purely social activityExcellent presentation and communication skills, with great attention to detailExcellent editing skills - preferably in Adobe Premiere - superb at supervising offline / online edits, managing and delivering feedbackExtensive experience collaborating with designers to create key campaign imagery as well as 2D/3D motion design elementsExcellent script and copywriting skillsComfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple partnersUsed to working within tight budgets and timeframes whilst still delivering creative excellenceStrong understanding of and ability to work to marketing briefs, crafting creative ideas to fit the brief and always able to flex and adapt to feedbackFirst class showreel of creative work demonstrating all of the abovePlease make sure to include a working link to your online showreel / portfolio in your application (together with any passwords if needed for access)
