We're looking for a Senior Creative Lead to join the team on a 6 Month FTC, to lead the charge on social-first ideas from initial spark to final delivery.You'll be passionate about the creative potential of AI, driving daily ideation across short-form video, memes, reactive content, and generative AI. Your goal? To build a channel that showcases the most exciting tech in the world.Working closely with the team of Creative Producers, Talent Partners, Editors and Creatives, you'll sit at the heart of a future-facing team. Together, you'll create content that's scroll-stopping, on-trend and consistently engaging.This is a rare opportunity to shape the creative tone of one of the world's most innovative companies, showcasing their New Product Features and AI capabilities in a way that's fresh, funny and culturally relevant.What the opportunity looks like:Lead creative ideation for a high-profile brand's social media channels helping define and deliver its creative tone of voice.Own the idea pipeline from reactive daily content to bigger tentpole moments across Instagram and YouTube Shorts.Champion AI storytelling, working with tools like GPTs and Gen-AI to create world-class generative content.Inspire and guide the team by offering creative direction to producers, editors, creators, and talent, bringing your ideas to life!Collaborate with clients, turning insights and briefs into compelling creative, and presenting ideas with confidence and clarity.Support production, jumping in to refine scripts, or help generate visuals using a mix of Adobe Creative Suite and AI when needed.Stay tapped into trends, knowing what's working on social, what's next, and how to make content that connects.Skills and experience we'd like you to have:Senior-level experience in a social-first creative, editorial or advertising environment.Proven track record of ideating and executing stand-out creative across video, memes and reactive formats.Ability to think conceptually but act practically, shaping ideas that work across real-world production timelines.Confidence working with and briefing across multidisciplinary teams (AI creators, editors, talent, motion designers, etc).Hands-on experience (or excitement to learn) with generative AI tools and how they can unlock next-level storytelling.Deep understanding of content performance and what drives engagement on Instagram and YouTube Shorts.Strong writing and pitching ability, able to shape and sell an idea to clients and internal stakeholders alike.Comfortable switching gears between big-picture strategy and rapid-fire daily ideation.
