CNN Newsource is the industry's most comprehensive newsgathering and distribution service, dedicated to serving the needs of our affiliates. The Senior Content Producer will partner with International Newsource (INS) management and CNN International Commercial (CNNIC) in leading, evolving and expanding the offerings of the International Newsource.

What you'll be doing:
* Build & maintain client relationships as the consistent regional editorial contact for partners in EMEA.
* Excel in Intl Newsource Content Producer duties: daily newsgathering & global breaking news coverage, product management & content creation, communicating with partners (internal & external).
* Work closely with the INS leadership team and CNNIC in creating, messaging and executing department priorities, new products and identifying opportunities in the region.
* Research and monitoring affiliates (broadcast and digital output) and new client onboarding.
* Create and give presentations to clients and participate in client meetings & events as needed.
* Field producing/location services as needed for Intl and Domestic Newsource + CNNI on news events in the region.
* Continue learning/developing skills in leadership, management, planning, marketing and other client-facing communications, producing, editing, digital storytelling.
* Decisive, reliable, and editorially strong leadership during a critical daypart: overnight hours in the US.

What we're looking for:
* Previous experience of working with management, clients and commercial at an advanced level.
* Ability to set priorities and lead newsgathering efforts in breaking news.
* Previous news-related experience.
* Field producing experience, including logistics and editorial on location.
* Alertness to changes in the US and global media markets that could impact our business - including creating opportunities.
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* Fluency in an additional European language (desirable)
