Thinking Juice, one of the UK's leading and most awarded, independent creative agencies, is looking for a senior content creator to join its fast-growing in-house production team in Bournemouth.

Working as part of the Film and Content and larger creative team, you'll assist and be responsible for producing high quality, varied video and photography content for top brands operating across a range of industries. A broad love for all things video, photography and content creation alongside a passion for creating and learning is required.

We're looking for individuals with a strong portfolio of video and photography work and at least 4 years of experience in the creative industry. Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is required. Knowing your way around the rest of Adobe CC suite is a bonus.

Applicants must be flexible and experienced in working with the Adobe creative suite of software to create high-quality video productions and a competent photographer.

Applications should include a portfolio of previous work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work independently and with creative teams to form creative ideas, create varied bespoke video and photography content for our clients.
Support Producer / Director on video and photography shoots.
Expand own skills and knowledge of video production software and equipment.
Manage ingest and storage of media and project files.
Support Producer / Director with Pre-Production & Post.
Experience in lighting for both video and photography setups.
Knowledge, skills and attributes required:

Must be experienced with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition is an advantage.
The ability to intelligently follow a creative brief, have effective communication skills and work well with creative teams.
The ability to consistently deliver work of a high quality against tight deadlines.
Good understanding of colour grading / colour correction process.
Exceptional camera operations skills.
Excellent eye for detail.
Drone experience is a bonus.
Experience with 4K workflows is preferable but not essential.
Be flexible and confident to take on challenges with new production equipment, processes and software.
Experience in lighting for both video and photography setups.
