We want someone who can lead a team of channel managers and also cover content acquisition / licensing for our own channels on our broadcast platform Kapang.

We want someone who can take a brief and run with it and report on progress but will have to make decisions on how to achieve the defined objective. It is ultimately a post for a leader and decision-maker with loads of experience that can stick to a brief and not go 'off message'.
