Job purpose:

To ensure the operational day-to-day running of the camera floor; managing staff, equipment and crew when testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of staff on your shift.
Prepping and maintaining equipment.
Ensuring equipment on the shelves is managed correctly.
Resolving technical issues, in-house and over the phone.
Training and development of staff.
Client liaison with the testing crew.
Helping to research the latest technology.
Ensuring equipment on the booking system is managed and logged correctly.

Person Specification:

2+ years experience working in a Film or Broadcast Hire Facility.
Wide technical knowledge of high-end film and digital cameras, lenses, and grip.
Solid engineering ability with a good understanding of workflows.
People management experience.
Good IT skills.
Excellent communication skills and time management.
To have a flexible approach and to be able to work under pressure with a calm attitude
Available to travel to location if and when required.
