Overview of the Role
We're seeking a Senior AI Video Specialist to help define and deliver BearJam's AI-powered video capabilities. This role blends creative leadership with hands-on execution, working across commercial campaigns, branded content, and experimental formats.
You'll play a key role in shaping workflows, guiding creative direction, and helping both our team and clients understand what's genuinely possible with generative AI today.

What You'll Do
Lead the creative application of generative AI across video projects
Design, test, and refine AI-driven video and post-production workflows
Create high-quality prompts and visual outputs across image-to-video and text-to-video platforms
Integrate AI visuals into live-action, animation, and VFX pipelines
Oversee editing, finishing, sound design, and visual polish of AI-driven content
Collaborate with directors, producers, editors, and freelancers to deliver standout work
Advise clients and internal teams on the creative potential and limitations of Gen AI
Ensure ethical, secure, and responsible use of AI tools and data

Who You Are (Skills & Qualities)
Must-Haves:
Proven experience delivering professional video content using generative AI tools
Strong visual storytelling instincts and post-production expertise
Confident prompt designer with an experimental mindset
Advanced editing or motion/VFX skills (AE, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Comfortable leading creative decisions and mentoring others
Able to balance experimentation with client-ready delivery
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in VFX, motion design, or creative technology
Experience automating or scaling creative workflows
Familiarity with LLMs or AI-assisted production pipelines
Ability to direct or shape creative vision on projects
