Maverick Advertising and Design works with large international companies creating employee engagement programs and digital communications.

We require a Senior Agency Producer with a strong knowledge of moving image and multimedia interactive to join our growing team. The applicant will be ultimately responsible for the smooth development and delivery of the content story assigned to them. You will manage the project and process from original client brief and scripting to post production and delivery of assets. You are required to develop strong, productive relationships with senior client stakeholders, design and creative teams, scriptwriters, video producers, production assistants, directors, film crews and editors.

This is very much a client facing role so we are looking for someone with the right balance of client management, project management and video production experience. If you do not have a good spread of experience in all these areas, this role is unlikely to be right for you.

Required Knowledge and Skills

The right candidate will have a proven track record in project management, being tenacious, hardworking and passionate about delivering a quality product on time and on budget.
As this is a client facing role, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to communicate, present and interact with them to maintain and grow strong working relationships.
An understanding of and experience in interactive projects, particularly how film is incorporated in them, would be advantageous; as would design/branding experience. You will have a calm, diplomatic approach, great communication skills and demonstrate excellent attention to detail under pressure.
A large portion of work is the creation of employee engagement films and branded content. Therefore the successful applicant will have strong corporate video production experience, including broadcast experience and be able to demonstrate their knowledge of video formats as well as the filming and post-production workflows and managing a production team.
We are looking for a self-starter with a positive attitude, who will take ownership of projects and will enjoy the buzz of working in a busy agency environment.

Desirable Knowledge and Skills
The successful candidate should demonstrate the following experience:
• International project management and film production incl running budgets (knowledge of 'agile' project management would be useful)
• Running multiple projects across our many corporate clients
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Training and Engagement video content development, production and digital delivery
• Solving complex problems and an ability to embrace innovation
