Self-Shooting Producer - based in our Brighton or London office.

As the business rapidly grows, Dragonfly is looking for a talented Self-Shooting Producer to join our in-house production team to deliver creative and engaging video content. Working alongside the existing production team, you will have a high level of project ownership - taking a brief, shoot and edit from start to finish. This role ideally suits someone who has a passion for creating digital videos.

About you:

You will have a degree (or similar) in a relevant field and/or proven experience in camera / lighting work & editing. You will also have a working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, as well as a solid understanding of Adobe After Effects.

- Proficient camera & lighting skills
- Experienced in all areas of post-production
- Knowledge / experience of producing & delivering high quality digital videos
- A visual eye for detail and creativity
- Highly organised, with efficient time management and the ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deal with changing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy working within a team
- Willingness to learn and develop

Salary dependent on experience.
